2tsp ground cinnamon
2tsp grated nutmeg
20ml walnut oil
40ml hazelnut oil
1. Grind walnuts in food processor (I use Duronic CH260SS Multi Chopper).
2. Add oil and cinnamon, then pulse until smooth.
3. Empty contents into jar.
4. Repeat for hazelnut and nutmeg butter. Please note these nuts are not as oily as walnuts, therefore it has a more grainy finish.
Serving Suggestion: Spread over Soreen (Fruit/Malt Loaf)
